Hurricane Policy

If the hotel is under hurricane watch or warning we will allow the client to rebook or cancel the vacation without penalty. If the client’s departure city is under a hurricane watch or warning we will allow the client to rebook or cancel the vacation without penalty. If client chooses to rebook, their rate will be protected for up to one year for any arrival date from April 01, through December 15th. For short stays due to evacuation based upon a hurricane watch or warning, refunds will be issued for unused nights. Regarding airfare, any refund or changes must be based upon each airlines policy which the client should call the airline to inquire. We do not allow cancellations based upon forecast track of storms or the possibility of a hurricane approaching an area unless a hurricane watch or warning has been issued for the area by the National weather service.
