What Is A Group?

Group vacations consist of 12 or more guests visiting a resort during the same time period for a minimum of four nights, based on double occupancy. Group reservations differs from general reservations in that resorts reserve the right to determine availability at their discretion. Our Group Department will be happy to provide specific group rates based on the time of year and the number of guest rooms requested. Additionally, one complimentary guest room is included with every 20 guest rooms reserved at group rates, based on double occupancy with a minimum 4-night stay. Maximum three complimentary rooms per group.

Payment

When we have confirmed that space is available for your group, a contract will be issued and an option date will be assigned for your first deposit. If the deposit is not received by the option date, we reserve the right to withdraw all group considerations without prior notice. An initial deposit equal to one night’s stay for each room booked is required to confirm your group reservation. An additional 25% of the total group payment is required 120 days prior to the group arrival, with subsequent payments required as specified in your group contract. Final payment due 45 days prior to group arrival day.
